Cajun Fried Chicken Burger Empty Cajun Fried Chicken Burger

Ingredients:

Egg White (1)
Buttermilk (1 tsp) can sub 2%
Garlic (1 clove minced)
Onion Powder (1 tsp)
Salt/Pepper (1 tsp each)
Cajun Seasoning (1 tbsp)
Chicken (1-1/4 lb ground)
Oil (1 cup)
Bread Crumbs (1-1/2 cup)

[phpbay]cajun seasoning, 3[/phpbay]

Directions to make Cajun Fried Chicken Burger:

Get oven preheated to 300 degree. In a bowl combine milk , egg white, garlic. In another bowl combine ground chicken , salt pepper, Cajun seasoning , and bread crumbs and mix well. Now add the egg mixture to the chicken combo and mix well until mixture forms a ball. Now out of the mixture form patties approx 4-6. Roll patties in 1 cup bread crumbs until coated and place in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. In a skillet heat the 1 cup of oil until hot and place burgers in for approx 1.5 minutes 45 seconds on each side. Now place burgers on a tray and place in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes
