Cajun spicy gingerbread Empty Cajun spicy gingerbread

Ingredients:

Brown Sugar (3/4 cup)
Butter (3/4 cup melted)
Light Molasses (3/4 cup)
Flour (2.5 cups all purpose)
Cinnamon (1.5 tsp ground)
Ginger (2 tsp ground)
Nutmeg (1/2 tsp ground)
Cloves (1/2 tsp ground)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
Pecans (1 cup chopped)
Boiling Water (1 cup)

How to prepare Cajun Spicy Gingerbread:

In a bowl beat eggs , molasses, melted butter and brown sugar. Now mix together all of your dry ingredients and then along with the boiling water add to the first mixture. Now beat entire mixture well and pour into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Now bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 35 minutes
