Coffee - Bad hair day
8 - 12 oz coffee
6 - 8 oz hot foamed milk (see note 1)
2 - 4 tbsp DaVinci Classic vanilla syrup (see note 2) or Grand Marnier
1 cup whipped cream
1 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
Note 1: You will need to be able to foam milk for this recipe. If you don't feel like using a whisk, you can get one of those handy little manual foamers such as a French Press or a little electric foamer.
1. Brew your favorite non-flavored coffee. Works well with nice morning blend beans. Meanwhile, heat up your milk in a saucepan or nuke it in the microwave. Do NOT boil it.
2. Fill a giant coffee mug half to two-thirds full of the coffee.
3. Foam your milk by whisking it in a large bowl or putting it in a French Press and repeatedly swooshing it until it doubles in volume. Then, fill up the rest of the mug with it.
4. Add the vanilla syrup or lliqueur.
5. Squirt on half of the whipped cream. Stir gently until it is at least half melted into the coffee, then squirt a whole pile more on top. The sky is the limit here when you're having a bad hair day.
6. Add chocolate sprinkles on top. Enjoy
