Banana & Walnut Loaf

Ingredients
225g/8oz Self Raising Flour
200g/7oz Caster Sugar
125g/4oz Melted Butter
125g/4oz Chopped Walnuts
8 fl oz Milk
2 Eggs
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence

Preheat oven to 180oC ( 350oF ) Gas mark 5

Method:
Cream the cheese and sugar, gradually beat in the eggs

Stir in the walnuts and mashed banana

Fold in the flour and baking powder

Grease and line a 2lb loaf tin , pour the mix into the tin and bake for 45mins until cooked through when tested with a skewer.
